I'm a regular at Presotea, but this specific location is a huge letdown. I ordered two drinks today & both were off. The pearls in the Panda Brown Sugar Milk Tea felt like they were left over from yesterday, not chewy at all. Even worse, the Peach smoothie tasted watered down &'off.' I checked with the staff multiple times to confirm there was no tea in it, but there clearly was. I order this exact drink at other locations all the time, & it never tastes like this. The consistency just isn't there. Save your money & go to a different branch.

Very nice spot for drinks & they also have sandwiches. Different concept that's not yet in the USA, worth the try. Real fresh fruit, which is not a thing in the USA. & now you can even play the piano!!!

Presotea is a great spot if you're looking for high-quality drinks & friendly service. The staff are always welcoming & make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. What really stands out is the huge variety on the menu, there are so many different options to try that it keeps things interesting every time you go.

The only downside is the price, especially for the large drinks, which feels a bit steep compared to other places. That said, the flavors & freshness definitely make it worth it as an occasional treat. Overall, Presotea delivers a great experience & is a place I'd happily come back to.

I have no idea why but the employee refused to serve me before I even said a word.

She served other clients but I had to order from the machine & my drink came after everybody else that came after me were served.

At least the drink were good...

Got two drinks, they were okay like a 7/10 but however I asked for some water to drink & they said they charge $2 for that. Absolutely absurd service.

The interior is pretty big with high ceilings & a good amount of indoor seating, not sure if you'd want to hang out inside since it gets pretty warm during the summer. Drinks are pretty good & priced well, service is fast.

Decent drinks, though you could get better & more varieties of tea elsewhere. What really sucks for me is that wifi only works on occasion so if I come here to study I have to use my data
