Presotea offers a spacious spot with plenty of seating and a huge menu of drinks with promotions, made with fresh ingredients including real fruit, and a concept that feels different from what is common in the USA; the place is a nice setting to study or hang out, and piano playing adds a playful touch; staff are generally friendly and help make the visit enjoyable from start to finish; the wide menu keeps things interesting with many options, though some find the large drinks pricey and service can be uneven with occasional delays and small missteps like missing bags or straws for to go orders; despite a few hiccups, beverages like the mango slush are praised for freshness and quality.
I'm a regular at Presotea, but this specific location is a huge letdown. I ordered two drinks today & both were off. The pearls in the Panda Brown Sugar Milk Tea felt like they were left over from yesterday, not chewy at all. Even worse, the Peach smoothie tasted watered down &'off.' I checked with the staff multiple times to confirm there was no tea in it, but there clearly was. I order this exact drink at other locations all the time, & it never tastes like this. The consistency just isn't there. Save your money & go to a different branch.
Very nice spot for drinks & they also have sandwiches. Different concept that's not yet in the USA, worth the try. Real fresh fruit, which is not a thing in the USA. & now you can even play the piano!!!
They have a huge space with lots of seats & tables. The menu has lots of options & promotions as well. I have mango slush & it was really good. The staffs are really nice!

Presotea is a great spot if you're looking for high-quality drinks & friendly service. The staff are always welcoming & make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. What really stands out is the huge variety on the menu, there are so many different options to try that it keeps things interesting every time you go.
The only downside is the price, especially for the large drinks, which feels a bit steep compared to other places. That said, the flavors & freshness definitely make it worth it as an occasional treat. Overall, Presotea delivers a great experience & is a place I'd happily come back to.

Boba was tasty but service was rough. I came in on August 7th around 1:40PM, I only ordered 2 regular to go bobas, & it took them over 10 minutes for them to give it to me despite there being only one other person in front of me. My order was a to-go order but I didn't receive a bag or straws & I had to grab them & ask for a bag. Employees looked like they did not want to be there
