I'm a regular at Presotea, but this specific location is a huge letdown. I ordered two drinks today & both were off. The pearls in the Panda Brown Sugar Milk Tea felt like they were left over from yesterday, not chewy at all. Even worse, the Peach smoothie tasted watered down &'off.' I checked with the staff multiple times to confirm there was no tea in it, but there clearly was. I order this exact drink at other locations all the time, & it never tastes like this. The consistency just isn't there. Save your money & go to a different branch.

Good place to gather with friends. Boba pearls are ok. Fruit teas are tasty. Taro milk tea was very fake powdery. Would get fruit tea with boba next time

Decent drinks, though you could get better & more varieties of tea elsewhere. What really sucks for me is that wifi only works on occasion so if I come here to study I have to use my data

This is our new favorite place for bubble tea! We ordered on the snappy app & just came by 20 minutes later to pick it up. The staff is pretty nice. What they are missing, however, is the willingness to call me when they cancel my order on snappy. If they could have called to let me know what they don’t have, it would make my life a lot easier.
