I asked to use the washroom, but they did not allow me. A staff member at the front desk was very kind & asked the manager, but the manager told her to prevent me from using the washroom, & she looked angry.

I went to this place for YEARS & it's still perfect since the first time I came.
I recommend to order online or from the app then walk over there or drive or whatever you feel like.
The quality here is not the same as other locations. My jasmine milk tea tastes very watered down & doesn't have the nice jasmine fragrance as other presotea. The only good thing is the bubble which was cooked perfectly. The price is quite high for an average bubble tea.
