The quality here is not the same as other locations. My jasmine milk tea tastes very watered down & doesn't have the nice jasmine fragrance as other presotea. The only good thing is the bubble which was cooked perfectly. The price is quite high for an average bubble tea.View more

Compared to other Presotea's this has by far the worst service.. Went for my birthday & the staff was talking so loud it seemed they were arguing. They barely explained to me the options I asked for & seemed to don't care. Maybe I was unlucky that day.View more

I often came to the place during my lunch break & I found there is always only one employee working there!!! It can be seen that the employees have completed the order as quickly as possible but waiting time still a little bit longer.
