Good drinks but unacceptably slow service. Waited for more than 30 minutes for just 4 drinks. The employees were doing their best, but how are there only 2 people working on a Friday night? This location needs to do better with their scheduling.

Presotea never disappoints. Always good & tasty tea. I do wish they had smaller sized cups but it's ok. This place is always busy so you should order ahead on their app before arriving because the wait can be long.

Malheureusement je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le goût, cependant j'y ai vécu la pire expérience depuis que je suis au Québec. Avec un bébé dans les bras, une poussette, je passe ma commande & en sortant mon frappé tombe, j'avertis, je m'excuse & propose même de nettoyer. Le jeune homme vient prends mon frappé part avec sans un mot puis passe une mope( dégâts léger), je reste à côté de la porte pour ne pas que les clients se prennent les pieds dedans toujours avec mon bébé dans les bras & ma poussette. Je demande dois je repasser commande, d'un air condescendant il me dit oui & en plus je devais repayer 11 dollars. Chose que j'ai refusé par principe & la jeune caissière qui me dit, vous êtes sûr.

Je trouve ce genre d'attitude déplorable & inhumain.

Le service client est vraiment à revoir.

Just wanted a normal brown sugar milk tea, the guy ordered me a Panda brown sugar milk tea with only black pearl, so is the same thing but more expensive. The person told me to take my order, but there was like 7 bubble tea mixed up on the table, didn't even tell me which one is mine. After, I found my order & took it, but the bottle was wet with brown sugar all over it…👎
