Our first visit to Premier Maisson in St. Laurent.

The Saint-Laurent location is spacious & well-lit.
Staff were polite , helpful & friendly!
If you're craving a traditional Opéra cake with rich coffee & chocolate flavors, this is one of the more reliable options available in Montreal's commercial bakeries.
Great presentation. Neat layers & glossy chocolate top.Moist sponge, not overly sweet.

I used to like that place. Today I had hot chocolat & packed croissant buns. Chocolat was far to be hot, mild, & not made from real chocolat. The buns were old & hard to eat. I hope next time my experience will be better.

Everything was very delicious. I loved the chocolate cake / but the strawberry cheesecake was not my favorite type. We got fresh toast for home 😋😋 We loved this place my husband & I.
