I was helped by Do, who so great! She described each pastry for me, told me how best to keep them as fresh as possible for the next day, & she boxed them in three small boxes to make it easier to fit in the refrigerator. It was a great experience & my family loved the pastries. Highly recommend.
Probably the best pastries restaurant in Montreal. Quality , variety, & price always on point.
Very lovely crew, & the inside is welcoming to enjoy your coffee or food options & relax, change of pass. Do watch out for overlay dry pastries & cakes but I've had no problems asking for an exchange.
Their croissants are disappointing. It's bread, not real croissant. Definitely skip croissants! Their pastries are nice though, pumpkin pie was great.
Love their pastries, especially the croissant. It's just so flaky & so buttery, & the quality is quite high for a chain-restaurant. I wouldn't suggest their macarons (especially the pistachio one), as they are way too sweet (the sweetness takes over the flavour), maybe try buying from other stores if you're buying macarons
Very nice bakery/cafe!!!!! The location is pretty busy but if you get parking it's a nice place. The woman who helped us spoke english & helped us choose as well as explain any pastries we had questions about. She was very attentive & friendly!!!!! The croissants were good if that's your type of thing. Can get pricy.
Absolutely love this bakery! The pastries are always fresh & delicious, & the staff is incredibly friendly.
So firstly, let's talk about the pastries. Dry croissants that tasted like cardboard, & the bread? Plain & tasteless. Seriously, I expected more from a place that acts all fancy. & the prices? Way too high for what you get. I don't mind splurging a bit for good stuff, but this place doesn't cut it. It's like they charge extra just for the name. Oh, & the vibe in there? Not cozy at all. It felt more like a rush-through-&-grab-your-stuff kind of joint, not somewhere you'd want to chill. Long story short, this Premiere Moisson Bakery didn't impress me one bit. Save your money & find a bakery that's actually worth it.
Every time I go there, I struggle to choose a pastry because everything that they offer is delicious. I highly recommend to try their almond croissant & their tartelette also. During holidays, they also sell themed pastries & chocolates. It is the perfect gift for your loved ones.
