J'y ait mangé un tiramisu & un café américano. Tiramisu était frais mais ne goûtait que la crème, pas de goût de café & la couche de doigts de dames était trop mince. Quant au café, l'américano que j'ai reçu goûtait le café filtre au goût insipide. Je n'ai pas choisi leurs meilleurs produits on dirait! Par contre le personnel était courtois & accueillant.

Les tartes aux fruits qui passent de 16 $ à 20 $ & qui ressemblent de plus en plus à des tartelettes… Franchement l'inflation a bon dos

I'm concerned about the hygiene practices at this bakery. The quality of the bread is very good, but during a few visits I observed some hygiene issues, such as handling bread & pastries without gloves after touching the face(wetting finger with tongue to open a bag / Scratching nose or under ear..then touching pastries) & a bread bag falling on the ground & being placed back on top of the bread until order is completed.

When I politely raised my concerns, the response in the two situations I had, in different times from two different staff was dismissive & unprofessional, once was called' maniaque', & another time from different staff there was inappropriate comment made in another language, assuming we wouldn't understand, & we were told that time no manager was available.

Hope the business can improve its hygiene standards & customer service.

I ordered a tomato & bocconchini ciabatta sandwich with a potato salad & a maple latte. The sandwich was warmed, so it was crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. The potato salad was cut a bit big for my taste but the ingredients made it tasty. The maple latte was more like a regular latte, the maple was not too present but a good latte overall.

It was OK. Staff looked tired & overworked (no bad service, though.)
The atmosphere was just OK. There are places much more interesting around the area.

Juste ok,
Un latté à l'érable sans érable qui a le goût d'un café au lait cheap.
Une chocolatine vraiment moyenne, j'ai eu du mal à la finir....
Niveau service la personne semblait totalement saoulé de nous servir.
Le lieu est sympa mais il y a mieux aux alentours pour une pause le matin.

La nourriture est normale parfois un peu chère carrément, la seule raison pour la quelle j'y reviens & je donne amplement 5 étoiles c'est la dame âgée qui travaille là bas, super douce & gentille toujours souriante, une très bonne énergie pour commencer la journée elle est un rayon de soleil cette dame, parfois je fais exprès comme si j'ai pas encore décidé & je préfère attendre qu'elle soit libre pour qu'elle me sert mon croissant & café avec sa gentillesse habituelle !
