The food & coffee here were excellent & the sandwiches were fresh & high quality, & we really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience.

The older lady who served us, Patricia (according to the receipt), was extremely rude & unpleasant throughout the interaction.
While we noticed her treating other customers warmly & respectfully, her attitude toward me & my girlfriend felt cold, dismissive, & openly unfriendly. It honestly felt targeted.

It's disappointing because the food was genuinely great, but the service we received was unacceptable & left a very negative impression. I would not expect customers to be treated this way, & I suspect others may have had similar experiences with her as well.

Mauvais service à la caisse: la personne était irrespectueuse. Très déçue compte-tenu que je suis une ancienne & fidèle cliente à première moisson côte des neiges. C'est sûre que c'est ma dernière visite à cet endroit.
