I live close to Atwater market & I visit this branch of Premier Moisson at least 3 times a week. While I love their pastries, bread, Quiche, you name it, I was very disappointed in the fact that one of their staff members didn't understand the concept of hygiene or why she wore gloves for that matter. I happened to witness her go through an entire jar of coins (tips) to give the customer ahead of me, his exact change. She literally touched at least 15-20 coins, having flipped over the entire jar & then put all the coins back in. Naively, I assumed she would change her gloves after having touched that many coins, or have their courtesy to use tongs while touching the croissant I ordered. When she brought me the croissant, I had to say something, to which she responded if I had to do that every time, I would go through 100 pairs of gloves a day. I'm quite shocked honestly, that someone in the food industry doesn't understand basic hygiene. Don't see myself going back there, unless I'm buying something packaged & sealed.
