Juste un petit problème pour le service pas assez de caisse disponible on attend avec le café & le repas qui refroidi pendant que les aînés sorte leurs coupon & dicute les 3 fois en 7 jours pareil merci

On est loin de l'ambiance chaleureux d'une boulangerie Première Moisson où on sentait l'odeur réconfortant du pain & où on voyait les boulangers travailler. La nouvelle boutique est encore un autre tape à l'oeil du Centropolis.
C'était mieux la version antérieure près du cinéma. & encore, ce n'était même pas le vibe du succursale sur Bernard à Montréal.

Je mange régulièrement chez première moisson Brossard & c'est impeccable aujourd'hui je suis allé manger chez première moisson Laval & je sort avec une intoxication alimentaire rien mangé de la journée à part le repas PM & me voilà intoxique

I am a regular customer at Première Moisson, & I was very disappointed by what I witnessed this morning while ordering pastries.
I saw an employee serving a customer drop a croissant on the floor. Instead of throwing it in the garbage, he picked it up & placed it back on the rack with the other croissants. I then asked the employee serving me who the manager was, & she told me it was him.
I approached him directly & asked why he did not throw the croissant away. He laughed & only replied,'Yes, I will put it now,' without really addressing the issue.
This is not the level of hygiene or professionalism customers expect when coming to Première Moisson. As a loyal customer, I found this very concerning & disappointing.
