I'm confused as to why such a great brand can have bad service at this location specifically. The machine to take a number is broken & with 8 staff, there was a 10 minute wait to select pastries & for others, to pay. The manager stood there talking to another employee when clearly there was a rush. Not one person acknowledged the customers waiting in line. Several customers put their stuff down & walked out. I used to come to this location to get corporate treats but never again & I'm telling everyone to avoid at all costs !View more
