"I'm confused as to why such a great brand can have bad service at this location specifically. The machine to take a number is broken and with 8 staff, there was a 10 minute wait to select pastries and for others, to pay. The manager stood there talking to another employee when clearly there was a rush. Not one person acknowledged the customers..."
