I arrived early on a Saturday at Premiere Moisson in Marché de l'Ouest & picked up a selection of breakfast pastries. Every single one was absolutely fantastic! The apricot twist was sublime - perfectly sweet & buttery. The chocolate & almond croissants were crispy on the outside & deliciously soft on the inside, while the Quebec pomme pastry was a delightful mix of tart & sweet. The quality here is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect breakfast treat!

PM was bought out by another company... & no surprise , the quality of many of their products have gone down. Why do new owners seem to care more about increasing profits rather than maintaining the status quo...I noticed this after ordering their Christmas pre-prepared items. Their pastry & breads are still delicious & their blueberry pie is one of the best.

Beaucoup de choix de pâtisserie, les croissants sont les meilleurs. Service d'aujourd'hui est moyen & pas très chaleureux comme les autres fois. Les places sont disponibles & le parking est accessible pour les mobilités réduites.

Chaotique. Tout simplement chaotique. Tous les vendeurs se bousculent derrière le comptoir pour servir le client mais aucun n'est vraiment à son poste. Nous sommes venus dans ce magasin acheter 2 galettes des rois pour un anniversaire. Nous avions demandé une classique dans laquelle la moitié de la galette était dépourvue de frangipane. Ensuite, nous avons demandé la galette signature érable & pecan. La vendeuse ne comprenait absolument pas ce que nous demandions, ne savait même pas que cette galette était proposée à la vente. & visiblement, ses collègues derrière le comptoir ne comprennent/connaissent pas ce qu'ils vendent. & en demandant en francais & en anglais. Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir une galette chocolat/canneberge malgré notre insistance & notre patience pour se faire comprendre de la vendeuse. Très très déçus pour des galettes vendues entre 32 & 38$ & d'une enseigne qui se veut qualitative & plutôt haut de gamme.
