Jardiniere had sour fruits & was nothing spectacular, lemon meringue was way too sweet. It feels like the quality of their desserts has gone down.

No complaints of the staff.

I loved the palmiers for a long time until now. Only used to buy them from Premiere Moisson. But I must say the quality & taste dropped dramatically nowadays. Most of the time they are burnt, inconsistent butter & sweetness. To my surprise, their croissants & chocolatine quality also went down significantly. Not sure what's happening but things don't taste good as before. It's very unfortunate. At first I thought it could be a one off incidnet, but recently it's happening everytime.

I arrived early on a Saturday at Premiere Moisson in Marché de l'Ouest & picked up a selection of breakfast pastries. Every single one was absolutely fantastic! The apricot twist was sublime - perfectly sweet & buttery. The chocolate & almond croissants were crispy on the outside & deliciously soft on the inside, while the Quebec pomme pastry was a delightful mix of tart & sweet. The quality here is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect breakfast treat!
