Sorry to say I wasn't a big fan of the poutine that I ordered from Poutineville. I came here because I wanted to try a good poutine & figured a place with the word in its name would be the right place to go. I ordered the large montrealer poutine for takeout & it just really didn't hit the spot for me. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but the flavour just wasn't really there for me, & the cheese wasn't as clumpy as I would have wanted it for a poutine. It felt a bit more'stew-like' to me. There is a chance that it might have tasted better if I had eaten it in the restaurant, but I was only a short 10 min walk away from my hotel.
Staff working here all seemed pretty nice though, & they seem to get a lot of delivery orders.

We had a great experience at Poutineville Bishop! We ordered a large classic poutine & honestly did not expect such a generous serving size, it was almost the size of a full steak plate. For $13, that's amazing value.
The real highlight of our visit was our server, Zoe. She was incredibly friendly, polite, & helpful. What impressed us most was that she was running the entire (& busy!) restaurant on her own with about ten tables, & she handled everything calmly & professionally. That kind of service deserves recognition.
The classic poutine was satisfying & well made. Next time, we will definitely try one of the customized poutines: the menu has great options inspired by Canada, the US, Italy, & even Thailand 😊.
Highly recommend if you're in downtown Montreal & craving poutine.
Pour avoir été dans d'autre Poutineville,celui-ci était le plus décevant. Sauce à poutine tiède & peu de goût, j'avais demandé patate écraser c'était de grosse patate plate & l'eau servi avait un goût bizarre qui me donnait mal au coeur,rien pour dénigrer cet endroit mais pour moi j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience.
J'ai bien aimé mon expérience à Poutineville. La poutine Italie était excellente avec une portion généreuse. Mon ami qui n'avait jamais goûté de poutine l'a également mangé & il a adoré. Il m'en reparle encore haha.
Poutineville on Bishop is a great spot if you're craving comfort food with a twist. I went with one of their signature creations, & it was everything you want in a good poutine: crispy fries, rich gravy, & squeaky cheese curds, all loaded with generous toppings. Portions are very satisfying (come hungry!), & the staff were friendly & helpful with suggestions. The vibe is casual & relaxed-perfect for a late lunch or dinner after exploring downtown Montreal.
The poutine & burgers here are delicious! I especially loved their Poutineville special. The beef melts in your mouth, seriously! I also love how cozy it is inside. Would love to be back if I ever find myself in Montreal again.

Selon les dires de certains guides, la chaîne Poutineville proposerait d'excellentes poutines. On teste donc ce restaurant. L'ambiance dans la salle est glaciale, tant à cause de la climatisation polaire que de la décoration, avec pour seul fond sonore une télévision retransmettant un match de NBA. On commande deux poutines & on nous sert deux poutines qui n'ont rien à voir avec ce que l'on avait commandé ! Cerise sur le gâteau, on était au milieu de tables non débarrassées & il n'y avait qu'un seul employé pour toute la salle.
Superbe expérience culinaire à essayer à tout prix si tu es un fan de poutine ! J'ai pris une poutine pour emporter & rendu chez moi, tout était encore chaud, & c'était tout aussi délicieux que si j'avais mangé sur place. Les portions sont toujours ultra généreuses & la nourriture toujours super bonne, je n'ai jamais été déçue avec ce Poutineville. C'est sûr que je continuerai à venir !
POUTINEVILLE un excellent endroit pour mangé, avec beaucoup de choix de poutines. Une belle salle à manger avec beaucoup de jeux de société. Vraiment agréable. Nous avons pris China General tao poutine elle étais juste excellente!!!! Bien garnis avec une saveur très développer. Je recommande cette place
They have a small patio that could seat 2 groups in the front. As I wanted to try a different poutine experience, I ordered take out from this place. I tried their signature Poutineville poutine. It was very hot when received, so I would recommend bringing a bag to carry it with. The poutine was nice, with an abundance of sauce & what seemed like beef brisket meat. The gravy had a stronger flavor than most I have tried but was a bit lacking on the cheese. Would try their other selections next time!

What a pleasant surprise! I've been to a couple of places in Montreal, tried the best poutines & this is not far off being the best! Main was excellent (get the poutineville if you like beef), great appetizer (fried pickles); Ambiance & service unbeatable. Stumble upon this place & couldn't be happier. From a Torontonian to all fellow travellers.
Love having a Poutineville right downtown. Lots of space plus a small terrace outside. Poutines are good, their burgers also very good! It's too bad they don't offer crushed potatoes as an option. Service is great as well. Food always comes quickly, nice & hot! Edit: Crushed potatoes option is now available based on response! Time for a visit then! 😊
Excellente place qui vaut le détour pour les mordus de poutine ! Il y a tellement de choix qui sont inspirés de pleins de pays à travers le monde & il y a possibilité de personnalisé sa propre poutine ! Des jeux de sociétés sont mis à la disposition des clients afin que le temps passe plus vite en attendant notre nourriture. Les portions sont grosses & la nourriture est de très bonne qualité ! Tenter l'expérience Poutineville c'est l'adopter !
Poutineville, un momument de la gastronomie poutinienne (oui ça ne se dit pas & alors) à Montréal. Un grand choix de poutine du monde si le monde était composé de 15 pays & que le Québec était indépendant. Vive le Québec independant ! Un peu de 20$ pour une poutine québécoise avec une bière de la brasserie belle gueule offerte. Accueil & service agréable. Si quelqu'un mange la poutine à 100$ appelez moi je veux voir la bête.
