We had an excellent dining experience! The poutine was absolutely delicious, with rich, flavorful gravy & generously portioned.

A special thank you to Zoe for providing outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, & made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her positive attitude, professionalism, & attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience.

Great food, excellent service, & a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place & look forward to visiting again!

Had a great experience at Poutineville Bishop! Our server, Walid, was incredibly friendly & attentive. He truly made my first experience at Poutineville fantastic!

Portion size was also generous, 2 of us shared 1 large poutine & the mac & cheese bites. 10/10, would visit again!

Ordered a Mexicana poutine & somehow got upgraded to a jalapeno mountain survival challenge documentary (didn't ask for extra… or a lifetime supply).

There were so many jalapenos I had to perform surgery just to find the fries underneath. Even the waitress took a picture like it was a rare wildlife sighting.

Also asked for green onions… they must still be on their way.

New cook? I believe it. Bold debut.

Food service was quick & good staff. Zoe (our waitress) made us feel at home & was super nice friendly helpful & great smile, (rare to see this in any restaurant nowadays. Poutines done very well & great big portions (ordered the bigger size poutines). Thanks for everything guys keep up the great work

We had a great experience at Poutineville Bishop! We ordered a large classic poutine & honestly did not expect such a generous serving size, it was almost the size of a full steak plate. For $13, that's amazing value.

The real highlight of our visit was our server, Zoe. She was incredibly friendly, polite, & helpful. What impressed us most was that she was running the entire (& busy!) restaurant on her own with about ten tables, & she handled everything calmly & professionally. That kind of service deserves recognition.

The classic poutine was satisfying & well made. Next time, we will definitely try one of the customized poutines: the menu has great options inspired by Canada, the US, Italy, & even Thailand 😊.

Highly recommend if you're in downtown Montreal & craving poutine.
