Food was OK, but biggest impact was how our server almost completely ignored us. He gave everyone around us their bill then sat down at a table & pulled his phone out.

Really enjoyed the poutine here. It wasn't overly busy given it's the night before F1 weekend & Montreal being in the playoffs (away game). It was great that there were TVs available to watch the game & even better that the staff were cheering after every goal. Made it a fun atmosphere to be in. Would definitely come back.

Très bon restau pour manger la Poutine traditionnelle avec le vrai fromage qui grince sous la dent.
Concernant le Mac&Cheese c'est plutôt la déception, car on dirait qu'ils ont réussi à rater de simples coquillettes, avec une sauce liquide jaune & de la viande. Les pâtes étaient fades & sans goût. Des pâtes au beurre ont plus de goût… (mais ne sachant pas si c'est comme-ça que ça se mange au Canada, je vais éviter d'impacter le restau dans la note).

THIS POUTINE WAS EVERYTHING you want in a poutine. Generous portions for an amazing price! Hands down the best! Lots of gravy lots of cheese . MUST TRY ! Loved every bite .. MERCI BEAUCOUP

La place est vraiment sympa, belle deco de formule 1. J'a pas trouvé l'accueille de la serveuse super. Les poutines sont toujours aussi bonne. Il y a plein de choix de saveurs.

Had a great experience at Poutineville Bishop! Our server, Walid, was incredibly friendly & attentive. He truly made my first experience at Poutineville fantastic!

Portion size was also generous, 2 of us shared 1 large poutine & the mac & cheese bites. 10/10, would visit again!

Ordered a Mexicana poutine & somehow got upgraded to a jalapeno mountain survival challenge documentary (didn't ask for extra… or a lifetime supply).

There were so many jalapenos I had to perform surgery just to find the fries underneath. Even the waitress took a picture like it was a rare wildlife sighting.

Also asked for green onions… they must still be on their way.

New cook? I believe it. Bold debut.
