They have a small patio that could seat 2 groups in the front. As I wanted to try a different poutine experience, I ordered take out from this place. I tried their signature Poutineville poutine. It was very hot when received, so I would recommend bringing a bag to carry it with. The poutine was nice, with an abundance of sauce & what seemed like beef brisket meat. The gravy had a stronger flavor than most I have tried but was a bit lacking on the cheese. Would try their other selections next time!View more

Service & atmosphere we gave a 5 because I can imagine it's amazing. We got it from skip the dishes & typically poutine is mediocre BUT holy smokes it was great! Burger was AMAZING, hot dog was delicious. Overall would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting or just looking for a good place to eatView more

Great atmosphere, food & services. We travelled from Vancouver & Seattle & already visited twice because we absolutely loved the poutine here. The restaurant has a variety selection of poutines that cannot be tasted elsewhere. A must visit place if you want to try something that is only available in Quebec province.View more

Absolutely amazing!! Their poutine is one of the best I've had to date. They have a very vast menu & you can make your own poutine. The chicken is cooked perfectly & has a nice crunch to it. I would highly recommend coming here if your in the area.View more

Love having a Poutineville right downtown. Lots of space plus a small terrace outside. Poutines are good, their burgers also very good! It's too bad they don't offer crushed potatoes as an option. Service is great as well. Food always comes quickly, nice & hot! Edit: Crushed potatoes option is now available based on response! Time for a visit then! 😊View more

Il y a tellement de choix qui sont inspirés de pleins de pays à travers le monde & il y a possibilité de personnalisé sa propre poutine ! Sorry in advance for the lengthy review: I don't know if this place was just having an off day based off of the good reviews, but our experience was not good. We ordered the caramel shakes with alcohol, the pictures & the menu are very deceiving, & we couldn't even taste the $5 shot of alcohol. They didn't seem to get the idea of a "starter" because it arrived at the same time as our main meal. Although they did arrive within 15 minutes, which was good, because we were starving. I ordered the pulled pork poutine... it was 25% corn, 25% red peppers, 50% fries, & NO pulled pork. When I finally got the server's attention, she came over, I brought up the concern nicely, & she asked "are you sure?" I said "yes, & if I could please just have a regular poutine instead as I didn't enjoy the poutine in general, it would be great" (that much topping without the main key feature of the dish kind of ruined it for me). She simply said "okay" & walked away. No apology for their kitchen staff completely skipping the pork. My partner ordered the Mexican poutine which was about 40% fries & 60% toppings. It was not an enjoyable experience, he ate it... but he did not enjoy it. We waited over 30 minutes for my 2nd poutine... you'd think that they would try & make my redo fast since my partner already had his food & I'm now left with nothing... but apparently not (they were not busy). Eventually I got up & asked if I could have my poutine to go instead. She said of course, & no problem. We left after I got the food. The redo poutine I ordered was also gross... I had maybe 5 bites before I just gave up. Very frustrating experience. My partner & I both agree, that was probably the worst poutine we've had... including McDonald's poutine, which is just gross. I definitely felt that the staff of the restaurant just didn't care because we're English speakers & not from Quebec, I know a lot of people in Quebec hate English Canadians... & it showed. Very overpriced. Honestly, the only good thing about this restaurant was their quirky atmosphere & the option to play games while we wait. We didn't play, just because that's not our thing, but it was a nice touch. I hate leaving bad reviews... but I felt this one was neededView more

We were pleasantly surprised to find board games available for us to play! Un grand choix de poutine du monde si le monde était composé de 15 pays & que le Québec était indépendant. Vive le Québec independant ! So coming from New England in the states, & as a family who loves a good poutine, we were very excited about our first poutine in Canada. We were pretty disappointed, however. The poutine was very mediocre. We tried the Traditional + bacon, & a General Tao, to try something different. It may have just been a bad choice because the bacon tasted funny, like microwaved leftover pork tastes. We didn't finish ours. The general Tao Was also just whatever. The curds were lacking a bit on flavor, like bland mozz. The gravy was decent, & the fries seemed decent as well, & those 2 are the primary ingredients. But certainly couldn't give this 4 stars even. Probably the funky tasting bacon that left the worst impression. We've been spoiled by places in the states that make excellent poutine. Such as the one at The Fix in Worcester Mass, which has a gravy that is infused with rosemary & black pepper, & Maplebrook Farm cheddar curds. My kids literally fight each other as they race through that one. Will try one more poutine somewhere in Montréal before we leave & hope for a better experience. The waitress was pleasant, & the vibe was very casual.View more
