This place has gone downhill fast, maybe success has gone through the head. After ordering maybe 50 times since they opened, I am definitely not going there as often anymore. Today I ordered Vege bowl.& the guy screwed up my order saying I didn't order veggie.. but rice bowl....As a life long vegetarian who has been here so many times I know what I order. This wouldn't have matter, but he will literally argue with me 3 times instead of just accepting minor error on his part. Plus some of the staff was just annoyed seeing me there. I appreciate that the owner has been hiring more staff to keep up with demand, but unfortunately, there's no clear process in place to serve customers efficiently. Employees seem to be working randomly, with little awareness of their roles or how to adjust during busy hours. Orders pile up, with no one actively handing them out. Simply adding more staff isn't the solution-proper training & a structured process are what's truly needed. Instead, employees are often seen chatting rather than working, & the real issue here is that there are too many people with no clear direction.View more

This place has been on my list for a long time! A healthier takeout option. I tried two chicken flavors-lemon & BBQ sweet-both were delicious. The tzatziki & guacamole were tasty, the lettuce was fresh, & the quinoa was great. I'll definitely be back to try more!View more

The food here is AMAZING but some of the staff here is so rude that I'd rather drive to a farther location for food itself! They're just rude & not helpful at all, wouldn't give you even a second to understand the menu if you're not bilingual. Love the food but very disappointing staff!View more
