They give 3 really small pieces of chicken in their rouge bowl compared to any other Poulet Rouge & they don't compensate by adding a 4th additional tiny piece like other places. It's unfortunate because it wasn't the case when they opened.
Employees are really nice though !

Recently ordered via uber eat a bowl that's supposed to come with 4 pieces of chicken & got 2.5 piece. Ridiculous. It's not the first time I've noticed they forget to put the 4th piece either.
Lowering my rating from 5 to 2 stars for malpractice.
[original review] I was looking for a chicken place & got enticed by the healthily options & the items being priced fairly. I went there & it happened to be opening day with extra staff & music & clients. I hope the service will stay the same later on.
Oh & the choco bites were quite delicious (same for the meal actually)

For a chain, poulet rouge is on top right now & this location is great! Why eat anything else? It's super tasty & healthy (I take the salad) than anything else & prices are fair! I take the shisha chicken (garlic flavor) with zatar dressing. The options are plenty, from corn to feta to avocado, you can create a lot of different combinations. Their poutine is amazing too!

One of the go to place when you dont feel like cooking & budget is a bit tight. Chicken is always delicious & the rest is really up to your choices :) Definitely the dining area isnt the best but thats what you expect from a mainly take out place.

Basically a poke bowl but with chicken or a burrito in a bowl? We were overall satisfied with the food, but could use slightly more chicken. Like they give you 3 pieces of chicken, but depending on your luck, you could get 2 small pieces. We also find the chicken lacks flavor, for example, the spicy one is not even spicy... The garlic one you can barely taste any garlic flavor. Oh, & DO NOT get that $10,39 "reduced portion", is not worth it, just get the regular bowl. The small one you are paying for like 75% of the cost & only getting ~50% of the food. I'm at the borderline of giving this a 3 stars because nothing much stands out.
