Very disappointed. I paid extra for extra chicken & was given a very small portion. When I politely pointed it out, the manager gave me a weak excuse about the distributor sending different chicken sizes to different locations-which makes no sense for a franchise that's supposed to be consistent.
I've been a loyal customer since Poulet Rouge first opened, & this experience honestly felt disrespectful. If I'm paying extra, I expect to actually get what I paid for, not excuses.

One of the worst dining experiences & the worst customer service I have ever had.
Today, around 12:00 PM, after shopping, I went to the restaurant with two children. While I was asking the kids about their choice of chicken & drink, & asking the cashier what comes with the meal-whether fries were included or had to be ordered as an extra-the cashier shouted at me.
He then started giving me annoyed & bored looks, saying that many people were waiting & that I should hurry up. He was speaking in Arabic, assuming that I wouldn't understand.
Later, when I went to buy a drink, he handed me a cardboard cup & told me to drink water because there was no time.
Imagine this kind of service.
I will never return, & I will never recommend this restaurant-even if I were starving.

First time ever at this restaurant , we come from Nova Scotia. Not only was the food delicious . The three guys that serve us were courteous friendly. The restaurant is spotless. The best part was the young fellow that had a beard on head.His beard covered. They were so friendly , we will definitely be back. & we will definitely let everybody know about the restaurant. The washroom was spotless. The food was prepared in a timely mannerly fashion. The food bain was spotless. Fresh & friendly staff .Trish & Dale White

My go-to spot to get lunch when I visit Montreal. Our office is right around the corner & it's great food, for a decent price. You can hit your macros while enjoying tasty food grilled up right in front of you. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!

We often take walks through the Royalmount mall since it's close to home, & whenever we want something quick, tasty, & not overpriced, Poulet Rouge is our go-to stop. It's reliable, consistent, & always hits the spot.
This location in particular deserves some credit. The staff are friendly & welcoming, even when the line gets long, & they keep things moving quickly. Service is fast without feeling rushed, & the portion sizes are generous - you leave satisfied, not still hungry like at many other fast-food places.
The ingredients are always fresh, & you can see that everything is handled with care. The chicken is well seasoned, the toppings crisp, & the sauces flavorful without being overpowering. Everything feels just a bit higher quality than what you'd expect from fast food.
The prices are reasonable, especially considering the freshness & portion size. It's a place that delivers on what it promises - simple, healthy, & delicious food served with a smile. As far as fast food goes, Poulet Rouge continues to set the bar for quality & consistency.
Had the Rouge bowl with 2 flavors. BBQ & Shisha. First time having it & I loved it. I was it delivered. I also ate at the restaurant. Free 4 hour parking.
