I used to love Poulet Rouge because of their vegan chicken option. As a vegetarian, it was one of my favorite places to eat, & I would visit regularly.

Unfortunately, over the past few months, the vegan chicken has become increasingly difficult to find. I've checked this location as well as several others, & it is almost never available anymore. What was once my go-to restaurant is quickly becoming a disappointment.

In 2026, it is essential for restaurants to be inclusive of different dietary preferences & needs. It feels disappointing to see a company move backward instead of forward when it comes to offering plant-based options. Many customers rely on these alternatives, & removing or failing to consistently stock them sends the wrong message.

I sincerely hope Poulet Rouge will reconsider & make the vegan chicken option consistently available again. Until then, it's hard to keep choosing a restaurant that no longer caters to customers like me.

Simply the best Poulet Rouge in town. Staff are super friendly, remember our orders as we go at least once a week. Service is lightning fast as well. Bowls are so tasty, it almost feels like they throw in something that causes addiction (joking).

We often take walks through the Royalmount mall since it's close to home, & whenever we want something quick, tasty, & not overpriced, Poulet Rouge is our go-to stop. It's reliable, consistent, & always hits the spot.

This location in particular deserves some credit. The staff are friendly & welcoming, even when the line gets long, & they keep things moving quickly. Service is fast without feeling rushed, & the portion sizes are generous - you leave satisfied, not still hungry like at many other fast-food places.

The ingredients are always fresh, & you can see that everything is handled with care. The chicken is well seasoned, the toppings crisp, & the sauces flavorful without being overpowering. Everything feels just a bit higher quality than what you'd expect from fast food.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the freshness & portion size. It's a place that delivers on what it promises - simple, healthy, & delicious food served with a smile. As far as fast food goes, Poulet Rouge continues to set the bar for quality & consistency.

It's delicious, & if feels healthy , but for me I always doubt how clean the food at any Poulet Rouge, no reason just feels like it's out in the open with too many people around it regardless the weathe
