Had an amazing experience at Poulet Rouge! The Rouge Bowl was delicious, & the customer service was outstanding. The staff was super helpful & kind, making it a great first-time experience. Will definitely be back! ☺?

Ce poulet rouge est absolument incroyable. À chaque fois que j'y vais, j'ai un service incroyable, toujours souriant & efficace, autant quand c'est occupé que quand ce n'est pas occupé. De plus, la qualité du plat est toujours impeccable. Les ingrédients toujours frais, le poulet tout le temps parfaitement juteux. Ce poulet rouge du st Catherine ne compare pas du tout aux autres à Montréal. Aujourd'hui, j'ai faillit verser une larme à quel point le service m'a touché. Merci poulet rouge

Ordered takeout, so can only comment on the food! Food - 5/5 - Chicken Bowl with 2 sauces - Rated this high for what it is & overall value... If you're looking for a healthy rice bowl, with flavour & some variety, this place is great. It's like the French version of Chipotle or Freshii... perfect when you're ordering in on a random night, don't want to spend money, but are looking for something healthy & tasty. I can't remember the sauces I ordered, but you get to pick what you want, so it's great!
Service rapide par plusieurs employés bilingues souriants. On peut rendre son bol santé en y ajoutant nos choix d'aliments sains. J'adore cette chaîne !
The most awesome staff. So well trained not only in food service but customer service. Jam packed at 6pm & didn't break a sweat. Excellent management. Something we rarely see now a days.
We ordered online & picked it up. The restaurant looked like a great atmosphere to eat. Food was fantastic! Great quality, healthy options! Would love to see this place come to the US!
I decided to have dinner here last night on 11/02, & I want to say that it was a great experience. The number of employees was very sufficient to provide respectful, fast service & a delicious meal, especially the handsome young man who was putting the chicken flavours, even though he refused to reveal his name, but I want to thank him very much for his professionalism, busy with the chicken on the grill & giving meals to customers at the same time, & yet he kept his smile, his excellent service & his flexibility in handling special requests. I will eat here every time I see this team is there, & I highly recommend this restaurant
i would not talk about people who are in the surrounding area of the store because when you'll go at night ( mostly between 10pm to 12am) you'll find homeless & addicted people but it's alright for me & for anybody who wants just to eat & go, i would like to talk about the staff who works there, i don't think they work there at anytime, but today's shift 23 October at 11pm, i was served by the best shift i've ever frequented in Montreal since my arrival, even though you see stress & the fatigue in their face, they were more than kind, cheerful & helpful & they put too much toppings, because i don't eat vegetables i asked only for cheese & crispy onion & tzatziki sauce, you would imagine how much they put to me & even asked me if i needed more, always in other poulet rouge i take rouge bol with same thing & i eat it all because they put a less reasonable amount of toppings, but with those guys, i ate only 40% of it & i was full! i am keeping it for later,(keep in mind i didn't even tip but i wishes if i did) i kindly ask the manager of the store to give them all a raise! they were 3 girls & 3 boys
I was looking for something quick, taste & somewhat healthy then google recommended me this place which was walking distance from my hotel. I got rouge mini with lemon chicken, brown rice, tzatziki sauce, black beans & corn. Service was very quick. It has amazing taste, chicken was flavourful & cooked perfectly! My tummy is happy. I wish they have it in Vancouver, please open one!
