I can see now why this place is so popular. On my first visit the staff was really nice, showing me the options & asking me if I wanted any of the add ons. You chose how much chicken you want, 3 or 4 slices, & which sauce to use. They have a nice selection, the spicy version which I took was not very spicy, which was what the server had told me. But then you also get two bases (rice, bulgur wheat, quinoa or lettuce) & also you get 6 very fresh topping & a sauce. The food was very good, the chicken tasted great & all the toppings were fresh, even the side of tzatziki was good. Definitely a good choice for some fast food. It is unfortunate that even if you eat there, you are given a to-go bowl & a bag.
I had poulet rouge for the first time at a Concordia event this Monday, I tried their veggie BBQ bowl & it was really good! Very impressed by their vegetarian bowl I'll be back at the restaurant for sure

The Saint Catherine branch is best fast food restaurant I go to by far. Close to the university & waiting time isnt long. The staff is always positive & friendly, food is amazing & portions are very generous. I enjoy every meal i get, Im always lost on what to order, love the rouge bowl & the poutine. Its nice to see a very busy place with positive energy.

First time visit. I thought until very recently it was a rotisserie kind of place. I am very pleased. The food was fast, fresh, & healthy & delicious. Line was long & that only made me stay to try this, they serve fast, do not worry, I waited like 9 minutes for some 10 people line.
This is fast food that is good for you.

This is a great place for people who love chicken they had different flavors of chicken, which is grilled live at in front of you. Their bowl options are great as well which choice of between rice & quinoa. overall, this is a great place on Saint Catherine's street for a quick meal. Vibe is awesome & Service is great.
Had an amazing experience at Poulet Rouge! The Rouge Bowl was delicious, & the customer service was outstanding. The staff was super helpful & kind, making it a great first-time experience. Will definitely be back! ☺?
Ordered takeout, so can only comment on the food! Food - 5/5 - Chicken Bowl with 2 sauces - Rated this high for what it is & overall value... If you're looking for a healthy rice bowl, with flavour & some variety, this place is great. It's like the French version of Chipotle or Freshii... perfect when you're ordering in on a random night, don't want to spend money, but are looking for something healthy & tasty. I can't remember the sauces I ordered, but you get to pick what you want, so it's great!

A clean, lunchtime staple. Very fresh chicken, flame broiled before your very eyes & many options to add to your bowl. Always pretty packed here during peak but it's to be expected in the belly of the beast! For under $20 you can easily get 2 lunches out of it, value-tastic!
We got the mini bowl each & it was A LOT, I don't know how people can eat the full size bowl. I got the BBQ chicken, guacamole, beans, corn & cucumber with rice. My partner got the garlic chicken, guacamole, tomatoes, onions & cucumber. Both bowls were super tasty & good price / value. This is a bit like fast food so service was solid & seating was basic but if you are looking for tasty, healthy, customizable food for good price I recommend Poulet Rouge on Ste Catherine.
Tried this place for the first time; the staff was very kind to explain about the menu! Tried the rouge bowl with BBQ chicken & it was delicious! I loved the spicy mayo sauce & all the veggies blended really well! The price is also very affordable & the taste was so good!
