Étant une employée de ADM, je viens régulièrement prendre mon dîner à poulet rouge. Donc, une bonne cliente, le staff me connaît bien. La nourriture est toujours de qualité. Bravo pour ça. Uniquement, je trouve qu'il y a un manque de transparence & de professionnalisme de la part des employés dans la façon dont ils côtoient les clients. Je demande toujours avec mon plat (rouge bol regulier) un sac de sauce mayonnaise épicée. Je reçois toujours des réponses qui varient. Parfois, on me dit que je peux prendre les 7 choix & rajouter le sac de sauce. Parfois, on me dit que le sac de sauce fait partie des 7 choix. Parfois, on me dit que le sac de sauce n'est pas inclu dans les 7 choix possibles & qu'il est uniquement considéré en extra à 2$. C'est souvent la même personne qui me sort ces réponses qui semblent varier selon son humeur de la journée. L'employé est superviseur & il travaillait le 28 août 2026 a 13:05. Premièrement, je trouve que c'est une forme d'abus de pouvoir & de moquerie envers une cliente qui est quasi toujours là. Deuxièmement, je peux comprendre que le sac de sauce est un extra & qu'il s'agit d'une politique, mais svp soyez clair dans votre politique, sinon charger une cliente selon votre humeur revient à du vol d'argent.
J'aimerais SVP recevoir une réponse claire de la vraie politique concernant ce qui est inclu (ou pas) dans les 7 choix.
Servers were so kind & jovial. I did a take out after a 6 hour flight delay. Remember to buy your food before security clearance. It's very good quantity for the price. Good quality too. Lots of veggies & good sauce options as well.

Absolutely delicious!! The guys were amazing, very friendly, patient & kind. The place is nice as well, they have seating area. My best stop before catching my flight.
