ordered 2 flavor bowl + 2 extra filets, was supposed to get 6 pieces of chicken but only came with 3 pieces of chicken. I wasn't able to get a refund or get the extra chicken filets.

Fantastic Poulet Rouge situated right before you enter security. If you're looking to eat something before your flight, I highly suggest you grab a bowl here first. As mentioned in their ad, it seems like you can even bring your bowl through security (though any drinks will probably get rejected).

It was my first time eating here & the staff was so friendly & kind & helped me make the most delicious bowl. The best part was definitely all the staff at the YUL airport. Thank you for the great experience :)

Best place in the airport in terms of price/performance.

20$ for a meal in an airport is unmatched anywhere in North America. Their bowls are addicting, & full of flavour.

Overall 10/10. Highly Recommended.

I had a delicious bowl with a variety of vegetables & I added bulgar wheat & quinoa. About $24. Chicken on top. Very filling. Friendly staff. Lots of seating. Just down from the Air Canada section on the departures level. Would highly recommend.

Food is solid. Service is below average, not friendly, & too busy having their own conversations. I asked how many more toppings I had to choose & I saw spit fly out of the persons mouth land into my bowl she was holding. Since they weren't the friendliest I didn't say anything. Attendees scooping toppings should wear some additional health & safety gear by their mouth because that's just gross & a waste of $20.

Incredible experience everytime I go, this is my regular lunch place. Delicious bowls, fresh ingredients. & the staff is probably the most friendliest I've ever met anywhere. You can tell they are truly happy to be there & enjoy what they do. From the point of putting in your order, to getting your food takes about 3minutes, even if it's busy. Incredibly quick service, perfect for last minute airport meal. Located conveniently before security. Definitely check this place out
