The idea is good. But my rating focuses on two very clear aspects. 1) The chicken portion. In their advertisements, they almost exaggerate the amount of chicken overflowing the plate, when in reality they give you three meager, tiny pieces. 2) The employees. On the occasions I've been there, employees shout at each other & pressure each other, even in front of other customers. & the day I was waiting for my food, the employee in charge of the chicken rotisserie kept about ten people waiting (even though everything was ready) because he insisted on putting the chicken in the other containers together, instead of distributing it to each tray individually. That delayed me considerably.

This is a must-stop whenever we're taking a flight or coming back from the airport & need something to eat. By far the best fast-food option at the airport. The food is always good, & the service is reliable.

I work & YUL & we always have short time break time , I have been customer for more then 15 months now , it was perfectly perfect , but recently they hire a person ( doesn't not smile , doesn't serve u in time , it took her literally 6 min just to wear gloves, & the worst thing ever where she serve you, she made u feel , like it's a favor not ur right , a part from this food was amazing & other staff & extremely nice

Big area to sit down & enjoy our food! Suggest to get the big one unless one is really not hungry then can get mini. The meat is slightly salty but it balances well with the sides/veg/sauce.

Les jeunes s'amusent entre eux sans se soucier des clients tout à côté qui mangent
Des commentaires entre eux avec des mots vulgaires sans savoir que des clients parlent la langue utilisée pour ces vulgarités
En plus avec leur plaisir, des plateaux de viandes de poulets non cuite sont tombées au sol sur le plancher, je peux vous dire que ce n'est pas toutes les morceaux de poulet qui sont allés au vidanges? Ça laisse place à réfléchir!
