During my visit, the behavior of the cash team lady was not nice or professional. She was not polite, did not smile, & made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer.
Most of the staff did not have visible name badges ,I also noticed issues with hygiene, which made me worry about the cleanliness & safety of the food. The team clearly needs more training in customer service, basic politeness, & hygiene standards.

Tbh, super impressed to find such excellent food quality in an airport. Well done. Service was quick & team behind the counter were efficient. By far the best food of its kind -- & almost any kind -- I've had in this environment.

It was my first time eating here & the staff was so friendly & kind & helped me make the most delicious bowl. The best part was definitely all the staff at the YUL airport. Thank you for the great experience :)
