Rôtisserie Poulet Bronzé earns praise for generous portions and affordable comfort food, with standout items like a well loved chicken poutine and a spicy chicken poutine, and cheese curds that make the dish feel indulgent. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the chicken is described as well seasoned and flavorful, and the halal option is noted for staying tasty. Consistency varies across visits, with some reports of chicken not being fresh and refrying leading to dry meat, along with occasional order mix ups and service that can be hit or miss depending on the staff. The atmosphere is usually cozy and the place makes for a solid late night option with reasonable prices and friendly moments such as samples offered before ordering, though dining experience can improve with clearer sauce descriptions and warmer buns.
The fried chicken was delicious & you could tell it was freshly fried. The wrap sandwich is highly recommended, it's very tasty.
The fried chicken is good, but the chicken itself could use a bit more seasoning.
The fries are extremely delicious.
Overall, I was satisfied with the food.
It can be the best fried chicken in montreal but its almost never fresh they really don't care what they serve to people its what ever is ready it goes out. they also refry it twice if they didn't sell it & then it becomes dry & hard. if its fresh which happens like once out of 5 times it will be the best chicken but the thing is they are never consistent they just want to sell & do not have any sort of quality control.
This place has the best cheap comfort food. Their spicy chicken poutine is so delicious!! Their restaurant is usually nice & quiet & feels cozy. However, the service can be a hit or miss depending on who is at the counter & there have been some mix-ups with ordering but all an all this place is a nice quick comfort spot.
Nice greetings & super friendly, they gave us some samples to taste the food before ordering, it was really very delicious & fresh food & so tasty. Highly recommended ⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

I ordered their fried chicken along with a large poutine, & both were incredibly satisfying. The poutine was generously topped, with a hearty portion of chicken & plenty of fresh, squeaky cheese curds that really elevated the dish. It was filling & indulgent. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp on the outside while staying juicy inside, packed with bold, well-balanced seasoning that truly hit the spot. It completely satisfied my fried chicken cravings. Considering the portion sizes & overall quality, the pricing is excellent & offers great value. This is definitely a place I'd happily return to.
We ordered poutine first, & the girl who served us at that time was very nice & provided great service. After we finished the poutine, we ordered two burgers, & a different girl took our order. Her attitude felt a bit rude, & the customer service wasn't as good as the first girl's.
The food overall was decent. The beef burger was really tasty & my favorite. The chicken burger was okay, but it had a sauce that tasted like honey BBQ, which I personally didn't like. It would really help if the menu mentioned what sauces they use so customers know what to expect.
One thing that disappointed us was that the burger buns were cold & hard which was surprising & definitely affected the experience.
Overall, the food was good, but the customer service changed depending on who was serving, & the quality of the burgers could be improved by serving fresh, warm buns.
