Food was delectable. We were a group of 8 & everyone loved their choices. We danced a long while, the DJ was on fire! Our waitress Rosie is a gem. We'll definitely be back. Hopefully the restaurant will be a bit more full, but we had fun amongst ourselves!

Ouf la lasagne avait l'air d'une lasagne décongelée.
Pour avoir mangé plusieurs fois la lasagne du portovino qui est gourmande, goûteuse & cochonne, la lasagne de 32 $ qu'on a eu en take out n'avait rien a voir..
C'était insipide, sans goût. Aucune ricota. La saucisse ne goûtait rien. En gros morceau. La sauce... littéralement une canne de tomate en dé garocher.
Pour 32 $ & considérant que celle en salle est tellement bonne... J'ai failli rappeler pour me plaindre. En salle j'aurais renvoyé le plat.
The food was very good but kind of expensive for the ones who ordered the steaks at our table.
The service was excellent. Paula was awesome.
For a Saturday night there were not many people in the restaurant.
I must say that I was disappointed that it was not''Bring your own wine'' anymore. We did not know this when we reserved.

Today we celebrated my mom's 75th birthday. We had the privilege of being served & taken care of by Rosie a amazing, friendly & beautiful waitress. The service & food was wonderful. Thank you for making my mom's birthday extra special. We will for sure be back.
My wife & I used to dine at the Portovino on Rue des Jockeys very often & we were extremely disappointed when it closed down. So much to our delight we were ecstatic to find out that Portovino had now reopened on Decarie Boulevard.
We decided to go there for dinner, & I have to say we were not let down. We both ordered a generous portion of Caesar Salad to start with & then for our main course we tried the Sea Bass, which was cooked to perfection & melted in our mouths. Service was excellent & I am quite sure that we will be visiting Portovino again in the near future.
UPDATE: My wife & I decided to go for dinner at Portovino to celebrate our wedding anniversary & I'm really happy that we did.
We ordered the Minestrone Soup, a green salad, their Famous Ossobuco, the Grilled Porgy Fish & a Crème Brûlée for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious & the service was superb as well.

We went as a group today with friends & family for our gender reveal & everything was amazing ! The food was perfect the space was very good too & the groups around us were so kind! The star of the show was Rosie, our waitress she had such a warm & welcoming personality & made me feel good about our day even if we were a lot of people & moving around a lot! I'd 1000% recommend going there for any occasion 👌🏼

CONCLUSION: Un endroit irrésistible pour les amateurs de vin, le plus le mieux pour diluer les prix de la nourriture.
The bar is really good, excellent cosmos. Food is good but the plates are too generous, particularly if you've had an appetizer. The cream laden dish I had was good but far too rich.

Food was great, the all you can eat brunch was as always fantastic, I wish they still had the BYOW but I believe only this location doesnt. But still great food, great quality would still go back! The staff is A1!
The best place for brunch, lunch or dinner, the staff is extremely hospitable & make you feel so comfortable which makes you want to rush back, Vincent, Rosie & Aimee are the absolute best! Never fail to make me feel at home. 💗
