We ordered 3 types of beef, rosé tteokboki, fried chicken (wow), bibimpab, rabokki, cheese gyeran, ... & the delicious dessert hotteok with ice cream (miamm). Lovely korean BBQ with amazing decor & atmosphere. Not too loud during week. Unlimited & good side dishes. No individual fans or ventilation system your clothes will definitely smell a little smokeyy. Not All you can eat but combos are a good deal & decent amount of meat. Meat quality is definitely better than what you get at all you can eat places. Worth your money.View more

I came here on Saturday afternoon, & there weren't many people, but the service was a little slow, probably due to only two servers working. The pork belly & pork chow were really good, but the portions were relatively small. The beef brisket was alright. The fried chicken actually more like Japanese karage. When I go to a Korean BBQ, I hope to see cheese corn & kimchi as side dishes, but you have to order them here. Overall, everything was alright, but I wasn't impressed.View more

Les employés sont super agréable & sympathique! :) on avait énormément de nourriture haha on se demandait quand ca allais arrêter d'arriver! :) on est tres satisfait de toute la nourriture tous etait extrêmement bon! Jai rien a dire contre la nourriture. Juste avant de venir on avait lu les commentaires sur Google & in savait pas trop a quoi d'attendre! Finalement les avis sur Google négatif disent n'importe quoi. Cest sur que je vais revenir manger chez vous ! L'ambiance est super agréable & le decor aussi :) on aurait aimé qui est aussi de la musique korean qui joue pour etre encore plus dans lexperience :)

I had a great experience at Pony Restaurant. The ambiance was cozy & inviting, & the service was friendly & attentive. The meat was fresh & tender, & the side dishes were delicious. I especially enjoyed the spicy kimchi & the sweet potato sides. The portions were generous & the price was reasonable. The quality of the meat is very good. I've been to about 4 Korean BBQ restaurants & this is the best. The all-you-can-eat side dishes like kimchi, japchae, & salad were also very good. When I'm in the mood for pork belly, this is where I go.View more

via LibroFrozen meat is a lot harder to cook especially for newbies. If we had been new to korean bbq when we went, it would have been a lot harder to cook most of what we ordered.

Staff was helpful but the food was horrible. Got seated at 5:57pm, ordered "combo for 2" by 6:03pm. The kimchijjigae came out first 15 mins later, then the meat order came out at 6:28pm. Shouldn't the meat come out first & why did it take 25 mins Had to ask to re-heat the jjigae. Then the bits one runs out middle of grilling the meat which completely ended the flow. Staff should have checked before searing us. Perhaps I expected too much being a Korean myself. Kimchi was sweet which was disgusting, first time tasting a "kimchijjigae" that didn't taste like one. Meat portion for "combo for 2" was laughable & the quality was really bad. I would definitely not recommend to anyone & would never go back.
I gave 2 stars for concept & staff, otherwise, would have been a definite 1 star. I really hope the owner of this restaurant is not actually Korean.

The food, drinks & atmosphere was amazing. The service was also very thoughtful & me & my friends had a wonderful time. I highly definitely recommend it if you like Korean BBQs. Would have loved more vegan options for my friend but it's a bbq place so not removing any stars for that.View more
