*Changed review to 2 stars because of the canned reply to my comments that doesn't make sense. Clearly customer service is not their priority.
I've ordered several times now (Uber Eats) & the food is good. BUT every single time you guys forget some kind of sauce. First you forgot the sauce on my dynamite chicken. Next time you forgot the plum sauce with my imperial rolls. Just now you forgot the side-sauce with my popcorn shrimp. The sauce affects the taste & texture, & it's disappointing every time when I discover a sauce missing. Pleaseeee double-check delivery orders & stop forgetting sauces! I will just stop ordering from you if this keeps happening. :(View more

As a huge fan of Poke Monster, I usually rate their food a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, this location was a major disappointment. I ordered the Dynamite bowl, but the ingredients didn't seem fresh at all, & there was no sauce, which made the whole dish pretty bland. The chicken was okay at best, but nothing special. On the bright side, the employee was friendly, & the place was clean & well-maintained. However, the food just didn't live up to the standards I've come to expect from Poke Monster. I wouldn't go back to this location.View more
