En plus d'avoir attendu 20 min juste pour qu'ils prennent notre commande alors qu'il y avait personne entrain de commander , quand ils prennent enfin notre commande ils nous disent d'une manière tellement désagréable qu'il n'y a plus assez de riz alors qu'il était 20h & qu'ils ferment à 3h du matin . Le travailleur arabe nous a d'ailleurs dit que si on est pas contents on peut aller ailleurs alors qu'on a même pas été impolis. Super désagréable & aucun professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas.

Picked up order. Staff = bare minimal of helping get my order. Nothing outstanding…also my to-go sauce lid was not fastened, so sauce all over the bowls…. the poke bowls are worth the money for a fast food joint. Big portion & tasty. However the'karaage' is just deep fried chicken balls. Don't expect real karaage!!!

I'm gluten intolerant & they are always very nice & understanding with all my changes lol.they also have gluten free soya sauce so I switch everything out

🚨 Expérience extrêmement inquiétante.

Je commande régulièrement à cet endroit & je connais très bien le goût habituel de leurs plats. Cette fois-ci, quelque chose n'était clairement pas normal. La nourriture avait un goût très suspect, au point où j'ai arrêté de manger immédiatement & j'ai fini par vomir peu après.

Ce qui m'a le plus dérangé, ce n'est pas seulement la qualité du repas, mais surtout le manque total de considération lorsque j'ai appelé pour signaler le problème.

Je ne cherchais ni rabais ni remboursement. Je voulais simplement les avertir afin qu'ils vérifient leurs aliments & évitent qu'un autre client vive la même situation.

Au lieu d'écouter, on m'a interrompu, expédié de l'appel & répondu froidement : « Appelle demain. »

Pas une seule excuse. Pas une seule question. Aucun intérêt pour la situation.

Lorsqu'un client prend le temps d'appeler pour signaler un problème aussi sérieux, une entreprise responsable devrait au minimum écouter & prendre des mesures immédiates.

Je laisse rarement des avis négatifs, mais cette expérience mérite d'être partagée. Faites preuve de prudence avant de commander. ⚠?

Very generous portions of delicious, well prepared food! Service is serviceable. Enough space to dine in, usually not very busy inside at all. Would absolutely recommend this location!
