Picked up order. Staff = bare minimal of helping get my order. Nothing outstanding…also my to-go sauce lid was not fastened, so sauce all over the bowls…. the poke bowls are worth the money for a fast food joint. Big portion & tasty. However the'karaage' is just deep fried chicken balls. Don't expect real karaage!!!

Update: J'ai contacté le siège social & il y a eu de l'amélioration avec la firme Poke Monster. Cependant, dans les plats, mais je trouve qu'il mette toujours ps assez de sauce épicée dans leur plats. (Plus comme il y a quelques années)

C'est avec beaucoup de frustration que je vous écris aujourd'hui, & je tiens à être très clair : c'est la dernière fois que je commande chez vous.

La dernière fois que je vous ai contactés par courriel, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Aucun suivi, aucune excuse, rien. C'est déjà un manque de respect envers un client fidèle.

& aujourd'hui, ça continue : J'ai reçu deux plats littéralement vides de sauce. On voyait carrément juste le riz blanc, sans la moindre trace de sauce soya ou de mayonnaise épicée, comme s'il n'y avait eu aucun effort de fait.

Au lieu de s'excuser ou de chercher une solution, le petit qui aurait pu être embaucher chez McDo en face m'a simplement balancé quelques petits pots, comme si ça allait régler quoi que ce soit. Aucun professionnalisme. Aucun service. Juste du mépris.

Best Poke place. Every time I come here the service is A+ & minimal waiting. The bowls are so big I can almost never finish them. Full of actual proteins. & it's delicious. Can't recommend this place enough!
