It is very good in overall. Very satisfying portions with a lot of sea food options. I'd highly recommend it one of their poke bowls.

Not cheap but tasty, everything is refrigerated. The salmon pieces were huge chunks! The suggested options are good. The topping choices are great & delicious. The only meh is the tofu was just tofu no seasoning which was odd.

I had a great experience here, from the service to the food. There are so many options to craft a bowl tailored to your taste.
The amount & quality of the food definitely justify the price. The bowl is well-balanced, unlike some restaurants that put too much rice. Overall very tasty & left me well satisfied.

Endroit super propre, grand & super ambiance! Les employers sont patients & donne de bon conseille pour choisir! Anglais français, énormément d'option dont une option vegan!! Vraiment meilleur pokebowl que j'ai manger depuis vraiment longtemps! Plusieurs option de grandeur P-M-L! Je conseille vraiment leur tofu, délicieux!

My favorite poke shop in Montreal!
I'm usually quite picky about fish, but the freshness & flavor here are top-notch. The staff is super friendly, & there are tons of options, including their own unique creations. I also love that their protein is sourced from Canada. Perfect spot for a quick, healthy lunch, especially with colleagues. Highly recommended!

What a fun experience going in there & picking what to put in my bowl. I love the variety of options! The folks working were super nice as well :) the bowl was delicious!!
