I ordered the medium size, & yes they have many options & u can create ur own bowl. But honestly 2 small scoops of ur choice or raw fish, I could barely find it in my bowl.

Shoot out au commis super désagréable qui me dit qu'ils ne mettent jamais les sauces à côté …. Alors que j'ai commandé plein de fois (plus de 20 fois) toujours les sauces à part… & qu'il ne veut pas me refaire mon bol & que maintenant je suis prise avec une soupe …. Service client 0

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. While I was calmly speaking with one employee, another staff member intervened without being part of the conversation. Despite having no prior interaction with me, she addressed me in a dismissive & disrespectful manner, speaking to me as though I were a child & making remarks that I found inappropriate & insulting.
This level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning. Customers should be treated with basic respect, not spoken down to or confronted without reason. The situation created a very uncomfortable & unwelcome environment.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not make up for it. The service overall was poor, & the food did not meet expectations.
Management should take this seriously & address staff conduct. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the business & discourage customers from returning.

Based on my recollection, I was addressed initially by one staff member once, & then by a second staff member twice. Before I was given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the second interaction, multiple staff members became involved simultaneously, speaking over one another &, in my view, communicating in a manner that did not reflect a professional or respectful standard.
I would also like to note that my initial communication remained respectful. Any change in tone on my part occurred only after I felt that I was being addressed in an inappropriate manner.
In the interest of transparency & an objective review of the situation, I would welcome the release of any available video footage, including audio, related to this incident. I believe this would help provide a clear & complete account for all parties.

I completely reject these false accusations. I did not harass or threaten anyone. If you truly believe your claims, then stop making statements online & file a police report immediately. Submit whatever video evidence you say you have I welcome it.
Let's be clear: my reactions are a direct result of how your employees chose to speak to & treat me. Respect goes both ways, & I will not be misrepresented.
I am not afraid of this situation & I am fully prepared to take it as far as necessary. I will present my own evidence & handle this through the proper legal process so the truth is made clear & everyone involved is held accountable.
Je suis allée en fin de soirée & malgré cela, tout était super frais & goûteux! Le choix de'toppings' est énorme & tout est délicieux.

The poke bowl was absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rice was perfectly seasoned, & the toppings added great texture & balance. Every bite felt clean, light, & satisfying. I would definitely order it again.
Really great poke bowl! Fresh ingredients, tasty flavors, & good portions. Max (the owner & my server) was super friendly & welcoming, & the service was quick & smooth. Nice atmosphere too. Definitely coming back!
