We found this resto through a food-delivery app. We are glad we did as the resto is located in a very-unassuming location many would not notice walking by. We ordered the 18 piece sushis combo (chef's choice), gyoza, & shrimp tempura. Despite being a poke resto first & foremost, the quality of the sushis was great. Unlike the other sushi resto we ate at just a block away from here, the chef clearly took his time in wrapping the ingredients & rolls neatly & cutting evenly. The assortment of sushis in the combo was also a fantastic mix. This place is a gem & we definitely will be coming back.
The food was amazing when it was first opened. We ordered Chicken Katsu poke bowl & crab poke bowl. The chicken Katsu one has a lot of rice & a lot of salad & have at least 8 pieces of chicken. But while the fried chicken tastes decent, it has a thick crust & very thin layer of chicken…😅 & the poke bowl I assume it is supposed to have a lot of ingredients other than rice, salad & chicken but other than these 3 main ingredients it has very little of everything else… very little carrot & no seaweed, etc. Kind of underwhelming.
I will be the first to admit that I got the chicken poke bowl on a discount for 7$ plus tax but I assume the quality would
be higher.
The crab bowl, Im told it was above average & quite good.
I do not recommend ordering salmon poke bowl / bento here & also do not recommend salmon flambé poke bowl / bento, we had a bad experience with it before, as other customers had written in their review. That's the reason we have not come here for a little while.
In fact, I would say it's their food it's a hit or miss. Sometimes it's very good… sometimes their poke bowl has rice, salad & the ingredient (protein) you ordered & little to none of anything else. In other places, it has carrot, beans, corn, some fruit such as pineapple pieces, etc. Im just being honest.
If you like to try them out, I recommend you either order through uber eats or Fantuan so you get a small discount on your order. Alternatively, you can order through their website & if you do, as you see in my pictures, it appears you get a free drink or a free appetizer if you order directly through them & spend 15$ or above before taxes.

Love the sushi & poke bowl, they serve the best poke & sushi in a very affordable price compared to other places, have been doordashing from them for 2 months & always got good food
I've been eating at Poke Bento for years now. Their consistency is amazing, always serving great quality at a great price. I even speak to my neighbors around the area & they all come to this place. I would recommend to everyone looking for a good & quick poke bowl, with good service!
This hidden pokebowl place is a gem. The portions are great for a good price.
The service at lunch time is quick & the staff are very polite. It's also well placed in downtown Montreal. I'll be back there for lunch!!

Excellent service rapide & ingrédients frais. Sauce mayo épicée très bien équilibrée. Très bons sushis. Les poke bowl sont juste parfait pour une portion. Le poulet katsu etait très bon.
Je suis allé hier prendre 4 poke bowl & un sushi puis le monsieur a été très honnête en m'informant qu'il y avait un plat poulet gratuit pour l'achat de 4 poke ! J'ai trouvé ça vraiment super d'honnêteté !!!! La commande a été prête très rapidement en moins de 15 minutes ! Niveau goût c'était vraiment top tout le monde étaient très content au travail & le quantité étaient parfaite juste assez pour continuer à travailler & ne pas s'endormir !!!!! Ne vous fiez pas à l'entrée du magasin qui ne paie pas de mine c'était délicieux ! Merci à eux pour leur travail fantastique !

Tucked away on St Mathieu & Maisonneuve is this casual & cozy poke Bento restaurant. The interior is simple & comfortable for a solo lunch or with a friend seeking a relaxed environment. There was one staff on service & he was very efficient, friendly, & nice. When orders are ready you are called & meals are served ready for takeaway or dining in. Everything is low key but also seems to amplify value for dollar on the menu. There were vegetarian options for sushi rolls, poke, & Bento. I very much enjoyed the vegetarian Bento as i do love a good Bento box & it can be hard to find a good vegetarian option. Would return.
Exactly what we were craving! Best poke bowl we have tried in the city so far. Great price & the ingredients are so fresh, amazing discovery for us. The place is a little small but the service is great, totally recommend it.
