Some of THE BEST macarons in the city at a very reasonable price as well. Definitely will come back! My favorites were the matcha & the chocolate ones.

My go-to place for a small gift 💝 Love the selection of flavours - which is a problem too, it's hard to make a decision on which ones to pick! Their customer service is good, the lady usually help me pick a few 🤭
Didn't try the Labubu chocolate but found them interesting so I took a pic

Franchement, depuis environ un an, la qualité n'est plus la même. Les goûts ont changé & les macarons finissent par se ressembler : ils ont presque tous la même saveur.

J'étais une cliente fidèle & j'ai donné plusieurs chances en espérant retrouver le bon goût d'avant, mais malheureusement ce n'est plus le cas.

C'est vraiment dommage, car c'était, selon moi, les meilleurs macarons à Montréal.

Great customer service! I ordered macarons for my friend's birthday, & they shipped the package right away. Even though we had an issue during the delivery process, Point G was very good at communicating with me & provided updates the entire time. I am very pleased with their friendliness, professionalism, & ability to resolve an issue right away. In the end, my friend was able to pick out macarons from the shop directly & loved every flavor!

After asking Gemini for a Montreal equivalent to Ladurée in Paris, Point G'Plaisirs Gourmands' topped the list, & they didn't disappoint. These are some of the best macarons we've ever had.

However, the experience fell short of'gourmet' due to unnecessary friction. Charging $1 for a bag after a $40 purchase, & requiring a separate transaction for it only after asking for a bag, breaks a basic rule of customer experience: reduce friction.
While some customers prefer to bring their own bags, to each their own; for a gourmet shop, a bag should be a seamless inclusion, not a secondary hurdle. The cost could easily be baked into the product price to maintain a smooth customer journey one expects.
Besides, they got all the order right, except for the Strawberry Hearts that seems were deliberately replaced with Matcha. Maybe they ran out. Shouldn't be an issue, but on Valentine's Day, I would have expected a heads up regarding the change when I came to pick up the order, not discover later when opening the box at home.
