Great feeling at the restaurant. I think the drinks were amazing. The food is well plated, but the flavours fall short. We were party of 10 & no one raved about their meal. For $30+ / pizza & pasta you want it to have a nice palette of flavor. Desserts were mediocre as well. Portions are good. -- Service is always a hit or miss depending on who you get. Our waitress didn't even come back once to ask how the food was & had a hard time keeping track of who ordered what. She changed multiple bills due to errors & then came to the table shouting "who ordered the ice cream" ... No one changed seats, so billing should not have been such a big ordeal. -- Our dinner started at 8:30pm The waitress didn't not take our order until 10:30pm. She also forgot to ask me what I wanted to eat & seeing she rarely came back I had to wait for her.... To which point I just shared from the plates of others as it was approaching 11pm. -- Other info ... No parking, you have to park at the hotel parking lot or the BMO bank. Not a kid friendly environment. They don't even have plastic cups.View more

Service décevant malheureusement. Nous sommes trois, la serveuse nous propose un "spécial du jour" composé de trois entrées : calmar, côtelettes d'agneau & pieuvre, pour 40$/personne en mode plateau à partager, avec évidemment de plus grandes portions. Au moment de recevoir le plateau... 3 côtelettes d'agneau (l'assiette individuelle de 3 côtelettes est à 28$ au menu), une portion de calamars (assiette individuelle: 22$ au menu) & 3 bouchées de pieuvre (assiette individuelle: 29$ au menu). En gros, le "deal" du jour est de payer 120$ pour quelque chose qui nous aurait coûté 79$ en commandant séparément chacune de ces assiettes. Oui, oui, le plateau en photo est offert à 120$ & est pour 3 personnes 😂. Une vraie blague... La serveuse n'a pas été d'une grande aide lorsqu'on lui a mentionné l'enjeu, & le propriétaire s'est montré complètement désagréable à son tour, il a tout simplement coupé court à la conversation & a tourné les talons. C'était franchement honteux. Mise à part cette situation, je dois dire qu'on a eu très peu de service après avoir reçu nos assiettes également, on n'a même pas eu la carte des desserts... Bref, je ne recommande pas & je n'y retournerai pas. Pas sûre de la clientèle visée par cet établissement, ça se veut chic & luxueux, mais ça ne répond pas aux attentes, pathetically overpriced...View more

The food was ok, not the best. Drinks were overpriced. The waitress suggested an entrée platter that wasn't on the menu, which was a mix of the entrées offered, as a "better option" instead of buying separate entrées. Turns out, we ended up paying more than we would have had we taken the entrées separately. What we got as a platter to share between 3 people was a small portion of calamari, 3 lamb chops & 3 small pieces of octopus. For 120$!!! Had we taken them separately we would've got the same amount for 80$... We brought it up to the waitress who said "ouin c'est plate" & she couldn't do anything about it. We asked to speak with the owner & after we explained the situation to him he was was rude & said "you're not getting anywhere with me" & walked off. No solution or compromise for us, no explanation, nothing. EXTREMELY unprofessional & rude. Definitely won't be going back !!!View more

Meh...food is mediocre for the price. Service is friendly, the restaurant is nice, but music is too loud. Pizza was served cold...for a pizzeria, that's unforgivable. Will not be back.View more

The food was really good but more on the expensive side. The service was good. Waitress was sweet but the buss boy kept coming every 2 minutes to see if we finished our food which kind of removed the atmosphere. They seemed like they were in a hurry to get us out even though we made reservations for my boyfriend's birthday.View more

Awesome place, service was great & fast, super sweet waitress. The food was amazing, entrées we got meatballs & calamari both very good. Boyfriend got salmon which he loved, we also got the steak which was amazing. Pasta was also very good. For dessert we got the chocolate mousse cake & tiramisu. Both very good. Only critique is I wish my pizza had more sauce. 😅View more

Service was really great, our wait staff were so accommodating, helpful & super friendly. The ambiance was so nice, all the high windows/doors that open to the terasse were open.. I loved it! Like a completely open wall. The food was really good. I really enjoyed my pizza. I got the burrata truffle, I wasn't too hungry, so I didn't get entrees. The cocktails were very tasty. I can't say anything about the Pizza it was never delivered.When I ordered it online & got a confirmation it said upon delivery show my ID.Then I sent an email to the restaurant that I never got my pizza they replied we don't do delivery it wasn't clear on the website.I should have gotten a full refund of $38.56 but I didn't. They will never see me or my friends dine at the restaurant anymore.View more

La cuisine est A1 la serveuse la grande très gentille le proprio je pense qu'il était très accueillant & gentil j'y retournerai à chaques week-end si j'aurais les moyens c'est un peu cher mais pour ce qu'il offre c'est comprenable . Overpriced food & ridiculously overpriced alcohol. I get it, inflation but you guys are openly robbing people of their hard earned money. The only thing that was good was the pizza. The rest was very bland. There are much better Italian places in Laval.View more
