Accueil très désagréable par un homme qui semble incapable de sourire & dire bonjour. Ça commence très mal. Ensuite, la serveuse… elle très polie & souriante, nous mentionne que même l’eau (plate) est payante. Inaceptable. Pizza correcte mais très cher. Ambiance agréable & beau resto. .. mais… En somme, j’y retournerai pas. Il y a beaucoup mieix autour.
Je ne comprends pas qu'on ne puisse pas nous offrir une carafe d'eau du robinet & de nous offrir plein de choses sans nous dire le prix des extras. Je ne conseil ce restaurant a personne. Je me suis senti arnaquer.
The service is awful!!! They wouldn't give me a table when they had room outside. We were a party of 5 & they had tables of 6 & 4 & wouldn't add a chair to accommodate us. The manager was very unpleasant. Stay away!!!!
worst spaghetti meat sauce ever, almost no sauce,,,26.00 plus tax,,,,after calling manager & ask him what the hell was this,he said we use home pasta only,,should have read the reviews before wasting 90 dollar on 3 vomits,,lol
Every time my husband takes something out from this place, they overcharge him. Last time we paid 28$ for a beef tartare. I'm sick & tired of this place.
Lunch d'affaires très décevant, j'ai commandé une pizza aux épinards, & les épinards avec le jus qui a tout mouillé la pâte à pizza, lorsque j'ai avisé le serveur il m'a offert de prendre autre chose & j'ai commandé une salade de Kale au chèvres, dans la salade il n'y avait aucun fromage de chèvre, 3 pacanes & 4 petits morceaux de betteraves, le serveur m'a apporté le fromage dans un peut bol mais comme il s'agit d'un fromage crémeux il ne s'emiettait pas donc impossible de la distribuer dans la salade. J'ai avisé le serveur & Il m'a quand même charge la salade en me disant que la prochaine fois Il allait s'assurer que la salade soit bien faite.
J'allais régulièrement à ce restaurant mais aujourd'hui c'était ma dernière visite .
Very nice decor & big place with a lot of tables. It's pricy for what you get specially when the tomoto sauce is sour (maybe forgotten outside). The service could have been better when we said that the sauce was sour instead os saying to correct it they argued that is the way it has to be.... I will think of going back
The service was awfull!!! The place is so nice my friend & I thought it was going to be the perfect place to go on the terrasse, first of all since we walked in there they didnt even say hi to us, after that we had the worst waiter ever! The restaurant was super empty & is the Euro2016 sesson this guy was so busy watching his game he totally forgot about us, he just came to ask what we were going to eat, the food was desgusting, it was even cold already, I feel like the pasta wasnt even well coocked! Desgusting! After we received our food our waiter completly dessapear! He NEVER came back to us ! Not even with the bill , my friend & I where super pissed because never in our life have seen this awfull service. After there was 2 girls starting their shifft none of them came to say anything to us, so we wanted to pay we went inside they gave us all this shitty excuse but well, once we got downsstairs we saw our waiter sitting in the crowd watching the game!!!!!! He didnt even nother say a word he even tried to hide from us like what kind of service does this restaurant offert! It is just so desgusting! I've never seen this in my entire life! This restaurant deserves a -10. Completetly awfull.
Les pizzas sont délicieuses (particulièrement la Parma), les produits sont frais & le tout est assez authentiques. Il y a beaucoup de variétés sur le menu. Le point le plus négatif est que c'est très bruillant, c'est difficile de maintenir une conversation. L'hôte semblait se prendre un peu pour un autre à notre arrivée. Le service laisse un peu à désirer, le serveur jouait un peu un personnage de Gino italien, mais s'est finalement avéré très genti.
J'ai été manger à ce restaurant avec des amies & je dois dire que c'est le pire service que j'ai reçu. La serveuse à pris 30 minutes avant de venir nous voir ( il était 18h, le restaurant était vide) , elle était très arrogante, ne semblait as vouloir nous servir. Elle n'a pas voulu allez chercher la carte de déssert, elle s'appuyait sur la banquette pour nous parler, nous à énumérer les desserts & ne nous a pas facturer le bon prix pour les desserts & nous a répondu très arrogante lorsqu'on lui a dit qu'il avait des erreurs sur nos factures. Très mauvaid service je ne retourne plus à ce restaurant & ce n'est pas la première fois que j'avais un mauvais service. C'est ZÉRO
After paying 20$ for a small pizza I expect at least something good & of good quality. Pizza itself is ok... But almost no cheese, no sauce & no toppings. If it's a pizza with meat surely you expect more then 4 bits on it Well you won't get it at Sofia...
Despite their widely announced instagram message stating that "children under 6 eat for free on Father's Day", when we arrived there we were 4 adults from 2 young families & a total of 3 children 4-6 years old & 2 babies under 1... the manager decided that children do pay on holidays. Despite We showing the instagram offer & even a waiter confirming that children were FREE, the manager refused to honor it. This is unbelievable, very unprofessional, discriminatory, & disgusting attitude. & Father's Day? The place was almost EMPTY at 2:45 pm! They do not deserve a penny from our pockets, but they do deserve other people to know this before stepping a foot into that restaurant. Don't go there. It's not worthy. Shame on it again.
Excellent quality food. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Arancini was superb! Pizza was delish. Proper wood fired crust with great toppings which is unfortunately seems hard to find around the South shore & Montreal. The service was not polished & the staff can definitely use some more training,overall it was a good experience & I look forward to my return visit.
