Today I grabbed a Marinara pizza (tomatoe sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil but remove Pecorino romano cheese to make it vegan). I added vegan cheese, peperoncino & grilled mushrooms.
The pizza was simply delicious, & their vegan cheese was so creamy (almost like a cream cheese). The dough was fluffy with a nice bounce & not too chewy. The sauce was nice & savoury (not bitter at all). They also offer a grilled veggie pizza (but it comes with mozzarella).
This place gets super busy so don't be surprised if they dont answer their phone. I had to go in person to make my take-out order. The place is pretty small on the inside but they have a sidewalk terrace.View more
