" Today I grabbed a Marinara pizza (tomatoe sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil but remove Pecorino romano cheese to make it vegan). I added vegan cheese, peperoncino and grilled mushrooms. The pizza was simply delicious, and their vegan cheese was so creamy (almost like a cream cheese). The dough was fluffy with a nice bounce and not too chewy...."
