Nous sommes clients depuis plus de 20 ans & toujours été plus que satisfait avec Steve qui nous accueillait gentiment & avec le sourire & avec le service de Roger plus qu'exceptionnel. Nous sommes vraiment triste que Steve ne soit plus là car il fesait parti intégrante de cette institution & ce n'est plus pareil . Nous y sommes allés hier soir & ressorti déçu pour la première fois depuis tant d'années. Notre serveur pas vraiment souriant & nous avons attendu plus de 1 heure pour recevoir nos pâtes & pizza, nous n'avions pas de fourchette sur la table & on dû le demander à trois reprises & il a fallu se lever pour avoir du fromage parmesan! Nous y retournerons c'est certain mais un samedi en espérant avoir Roger comme serveur qui est à l'écoute de ses clients.

Commentaires constructif car ce n'est pas dans leur habitudes de donner ce genre de service .

Had an amazing experience on the World Cup final day ! The atmosphere was insane!
Service & food was top notch despite how busy it was. Our waiter was attentive & very professional.
I would definitely recommend this mtl gem!💎

It was a disappointing experience. We felt unwelcome, & the owner's attitude was overbearing. We went yesterday to watch the World Cup final, but we couldn't even stay until the end. The owner asked us to leave the terrace under the pretext that it was'dangerous,' which felt more like an excuse than a real concern.

If the owner doesn't feel safe opening during major festivities, then simply don't open. Customers shouldn't be pushed out mid?event

The service was incredibly disappointing. We spent around 500$ , & instead of feeling appreciated as customers, we were rushed out by what appeared to be the manager or owner. Such a terrible & unprofessional woman!!! She seemed more interested in closing early & going home than providing a good customer experience.
It wasn't even 7:00 PM on Sunday afternoon, & we were essentially told to leave despite having just spent a significant amount of money at her restaurant. She has no respect for herself acting like this! There was no professionalism, no courtesy, & no effort to make us feel welcome whatsoever.
The food may have been fine, but the way we were treated completely overshadowed. I have never, ever seen any worse business owner. I expected much better customer service. I won't be returning, & I will not recommend this restaurant based on how customers are treated.
