Pizzeria Moretti offers a visually striking and trendy atmosphere that many guests find warm and inviting for social gatherings. The food, particularly the authentic Neapolitan style pizzas, pastas, and various appetizers, receives high praise for quality and flavor. However, experiences vary significantly regarding service and consistency, with reports of both exceptionally attentive staff and instances of disorganization, dismissive attitudes, or unprofessional behavior. While many diners enjoy the vibrant energy, the music volume is frequently noted as being too loud for comfortable conversation, and some visitors have raised concerns about high pricing, portion sizes, and cleanliness. Overall, the establishment is seen as a stylish spot with great culinary potential that can provide a wonderful experience for some, while leaving others dissatisfied due to service and environmental factors.
Accueil sympathique & service agréable au bar, car la salle & la terrasse étaient complètes. Pâtes italiennes maison, bonnes sauces. Une bonne adresse. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas ensoleillée.
Although the inside is very beautiful, the music is way too loud for conversation. The tables are way too close to each other. You have people constantly passing by & rubbing against you as you eat
The pizza is salty. The chicken is bland. Overpriced food. They charge for water
Would not recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed, from the moment we arrived for our reservation the hostess had an attitude because we did not all arrive at once let’s be mindful. We are in a downtown location & parking is scarce. Once at our table, the waitress Megan was unfriendly. Took 30 minutes just to receive a drink menu. Took over an hour & a half to receive our food. We were never offered the option of ordering more drinks or anything else of that matter. We would constantly see her circle her other tables, would try to get her, but never come to see us. She never came to let us know that there would be a delay in receiving our food. When we did receive our food from the bus boys, they were not able to even give clarification about on one of the pastas told us we were wrong about how we thought the platter was made when in fact, we ended up being correct. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we may have spoken our waitress a total of four times, & when we spoke to her to give her feedback on her service she denied everything. I’ll be completely honest I do not want to make this a race thing, but we were a group of seven black women in the entire restaurant & ironically, all the tables surrounding us were of white race, who were being served the entire time. This is my second time coming to establishment, & feeling inferior to everybody else as if my money is not worth anything. To add this was a special occasion event, which we clearly noted on the reservation & nobody accommodated that as well or even inquired. To be completely honest, we all felt wet we were an inconvenience to the restaurant. & I will not be recommending to anybody or returning.
Very nice atmosphere , the food was just okay. The thing I was most displeased about was the service. Our waitress really needs to be retrained on proper customer service. The food took extremely long & not once did she come see us , we got one drink for the night & were never asked if we wanted to order anything more , empty glasses infront of us all night. When I told her we would have appreciated a little more attentiveness she became defensive. By the time she came around to offer a dessert menu we had been sitting around with nothing infront of us for 30 minutes. I’ve been a server for 12 years & I’m usually quite understanding in these types of situations but it was honestly unacceptable. Hopefully Megan improves her service soon !
The food at Moretti was amazing for my first time. The service is excellent, but it can be a bit longer when the place is crowded.
The only 2 points that I would improve. First one to lower the music with maybe a little because we can't hear anything when we talk we have to raise our voice, imagine all the client has to do that.
Also, when you take the burrata plate as an appetizer (Taste like heaven), you need to request bread as they don't bring it automatically.
Made reservations a few days ahead for a party of 4. We had a bottle of Rosé, lamb chops, salmon tartare, margherita pizza, & penne alla vodka. The service was phenomenal & my only regret was that we were heading to an event afterwards, otherwise I would have taken away the leftovers. The pizza & penne alla vodka were the stars of the show. If you're not into the music while dining vibe, find an alternative, but if you are, the DJ was amazing. Great experience all around.
