Je suis allé pour la première fois chez Pizza Bro du Village & j'ai été accueilli par Kiv. Honnêtement, c'est la première fois depuis la pandémie que je vois un employé du service à la clientèle se démarquer de cette façon. Je l'ai observé aussi avec d'autres clients : son service est toujours égal, chaleureux & professionnel. Il prend le temps d'expliquer le concept avec passion & son sourire est contagieux. On sent qu'il aime vraiment son travail. J'espère sincèrement que son patron est conscient de ses efforts, car il contribue clairement à la croissance & à l'image positive de l'entreprise.
