Je suis allé pour la première fois chez Pizza Bro du Village & j'ai été accueilli par Kiv. Honnêtement, c'est la première fois depuis la pandémie que je vois un employé du service à la clientèle se démarquer de cette façon. Je l'ai observé aussi avec d'autres clients : son service est toujours égal, chaleureux & professionnel. Il prend le temps d'expliquer le concept avec passion & son sourire est contagieux. On sent qu'il aime vraiment son travail. J'espère sincèrement que son patron est conscient de ses efforts, car il contribue clairement à la croissance & à l'image positive de l'entreprise.

Nous avons lunché là avec mon amie & on a reçu un super service de Kiv. Malgré le rush, il a très bien communiqué pour aviser du délai & a travailler très fort pour servir tout le monde le plus rapidement possible, tout en restant agréable & serviable. Nous avons prit une pizza végane & un sandwich végétarien qui étaient excellents. C'est certain qu'on reviendra. Il faut aussi souligner le bel effort de la branche pour offrir une option pour tous les choix alimentaires: halal,vegan, végétarien, sans gluten & cétogène.
