With the opening of its first restaurant in 1981, La Pizzaiolle was the first restaurant to introduce Montreal to pizza baked in a wood burning oven where a small flame is always maintained evenly browning the tasty toppings. 35 years later, we rethink and evolve our concept. The location in Old Montreal is our laboratory. It offers new recipes, antipasti and Italian-inspired cocktails. This is the first of our three corporate restaurants to live this evolution, we invite you to come discover our new concept and share your experience with us!

Went there for lunch. Beautiful atmosphere. Just actually took a chance at this restaurant not knowing what to expect. Simple menu what I live about this place. Pizza pasta salads. Pizza was out should I just say is simply amazing. Thin crust, just the way pizza should be made, sauce is perfect & crust was outstanding. Cannot wait to come back again.View more

Visited La Pizzaiolle on a hot Saturday afternoon after working nearby. The air conditioning was a welcome relief :) (*they also have a beautiful terrace, but it was too hot to sit outside). The calzone I ordered exceeded my expectations-the dough had the perfect balance of softness & crispiness. Absolutely delicious! Will come back again!View more

Beautiful setting area especially outdoor! Great service! The people are welcoming.
Food was extremely delicious, we tried pizza (although its not a wood oven its very good) add to it some olive oil, salads (the caesar salad comes without chicken) & the eggplant cheese dish with good Italian drafted beer!View more
