With the opening of its first restaurant in 1981, La Pizzaiolle was the first restaurant to introduce Montreal to pizza baked in a wood burning oven where a small flame is always maintained evenly browning the tasty toppings. 35 years later, we rethink and evolve our concept. The location in Old Montreal is our laboratory. It offers new recipes, antipasti and Italian-inspired cocktails. Hands down, the best pizza I've ever had in Montreal.
This was my second time trying it-the first time, a friend brought it for takeout, & I instantly knew I had to visit the restaurant myself, even if it meant a 30-minute drive.
We ordered two pizzas: the Margherita & the Charcuterie, which were perfect for the three of us. We were hoping to try the tiramisu, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Still, I have no doubt it would've been amazing too.
I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm craving pizza!
Our pizzas were delicious, & their prices were very reasonable. We sat outside, lovely ambiance. & there was enough room for me to freely walk around with my little toddler. Bonus that there is free parking for the resto.
Phenomenal place. Food was incredible. The vibe was great, the place smells awesome as well. I'm looking forward to coming back. I got the quatre fromages & pommes, a tiramisu & espresso. Absolute deliciousness.

Good afternoon! Pizza was perfect although I think I had too many'small' slices, burp. Service was excellent as well as the parking. Nice, quiet place to spend your evening. Thanks for the welcome & have a nice evening!
C'est de loin la meilleure pizzeria sur l'île que j'ai essayer a date. Il y a une grande variété de pizzas fraîche & délicieuse & j'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance dans le restaurant. Je vous conseille fortement d'aller l'essayer.

Went there for lunch. Beautiful atmosphere. Just actually took a chance at this restaurant not knowing what to expect. Simple menu what I live about this place. Pizza pasta salads. Pizza was out should I just say is simply amazing. Thin crust, just the way pizza should be made, sauce is perfect & crust was outstanding. Cannot wait to come back again.
