Livraison incomplète & froide j'avise le livreur avant qu'il parte pour vérifier la commande me dit non tout est beau & il part sans venir vérifier en plus manque les sauces & tout est froid. Je rappelle j'explique la situation me dit la pizza sans vient. L'autre pizza arrive froide aussi. Aucune excuse . Très mauvais service.
i ordered the deal for 2 pizza & choose 1 which would be free with my points. at check out i paid the deal for 3 & still my points were cut. i called the restaurant & enquire & also to find a solution. the person who answered the ph kept repeating that he cannot help me i need to sort out myself. i politely asked whom should i contact he started yelling at me in an angry tone & kept me on hold without even telling me he would put me on hold for 12 minutes. then another co worker answered the ph to tell me i need to contact head office. when i went to pick up my order the pizza was burnt & cold

During a period of high volume & visible customer frustration, the management team was completely absent from the floor. Leadership needs to be visible & actively unblocking bottlenecks during a rush. Leaving entry level workers to absorb the brunt of public annoyance is a failure of operational leadership.
HORRIBLE. Pizza Hut has drastically changed for the worse. I'll never buy from them again. Since the pandemic & recession, they now charge double the price but give terrible thin like a paper pizza. I think they're competing with dominos pizza but at least dominos is affordable. I paid 95$ for 2 large pizzas & a family fry. The pizza boxes looked medium & the fries were hard as a rock. They put you on hold, then hang up on you. They're rude. Their manager Sharifa never called me back. They insisted I speak French so I said,'English people eat pizza & pay you also so don't tell me what language to speak. Pizza Hut use to be the best, even though expensive. Now they're much more expensive & the worst. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Boycut or they'll keep scamming & stealing from us. Their pizza is garbage. It was like eating slices of paper.
Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni & cheese , cheesy bread sticks & waffle fries & honestly it was hot & ready for me when I picked it up & the food was tasty & good quality my only problem was I couldent stop eating the breadsticks.
J'ai entendue 2h pour une livraison j'appel pour leur faire part on me raccroche la ligne au nez je rappel il me raccroche encore la ligne au nez je rappel une troisième fois il ne m'ont jamais répondue j'ai entendue 15 minutes sur la ligne la pizza arrive ici brûlée
We placed an order with Pizza Hut in Châteauguay, & the delivery took 1.5 hours. When we called to inquire about the delay, the staff was noticeably rude. The driver eventually arrived & explained that he was the only person delivering, but this should not become the customer's problem. If there is a staffing shortage, the store should clearly communicate that or decline delivery orders rather than leave customers waiting for hours.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Similar issues-late deliveries, incorrect orders, & a lack of apologies-have occurred two or three times before.
Because of the excessive delay, my children had already eaten something else for dinner & gone to sleep, so we returned the pizza upon arrival. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.
Quel pizza décevante le fromage est brûlée & a un arrière goût désagréable la sauce a une mélanges d'amer & sucré qui la rend immangeable.. l'accueil est affreux . A éviter absolument

Staff don't smile or say hello, I stand there, usually for a minute or two before my presence is acknowledged. They're not rude, but certainly not friendly. When you order delivery (which comes with over $5 fee), the delivery driver complains that their tip isn't big enough (10%, the standard that pops up on their site as a delivery tip). I'll also point out that it's a 3 minute drive from their location, so 10% + over $5 for them to drive 3 minutes & complain. Pizza is good, but the staff stink.
Franchement, pizza incroyable ! Le goût est toujours au top, bien chaud & bien préparé. Le service est aussi incroyable, rapide & super efficace. Les jeunes qui travaillent à la caisse sont vraiment chaleureux, polis & très respectueux, ça fait plaisir de voir ça ! On sent qu'ils aiment leur travail & qu'ils veulent bien servir les clients. Franchement, une belle équipe & une excellente expérience à chaque fois. 👏🍕🔥
Pas assez de stock sur la pizza1po.de patte,1/8 de garnitures & la patte pas cuite au centre...tres déçu...ça faisait quelques années je n'y étais pas allé & c'est aussi pire,la pâte par cuite,vraiment pas cuite...😠😡
